Hydrophobic coating is a type of adhesive coating independently developed by Changlong
1.Compared with the traditional PLL and APS caoatings,the slide surface of Changlong new coating can achieve higher density amino group ,and significantly improve the glass slide's adhesive and capturing abilites towards tissue sections and exfoliated cells.
2.The slide surface combines with the coating via the strong covalent bond,and overcones PLL and APS's shortcomings of short shelf life.
3.The slide surface is hydrophobic.
4.The product has excellent performance in the fields of immunohistochemistry ,in-situ hybridization,cytological detection,etc.
疏水型涂層是昌隆自主研發(fā)的粘性涂層
1、昌隆新涂層與傳統(tǒng)的PLL、APS涂層相比，玻片表面實現(xiàn)更高密度的氯基基團，可顯著改善載玻片對組織切片和脫落細胞的粘附及捕捉能力。
2、載玻片表面與涂層以牢固的共價鍵方式結(jié)臺，克服PLL及APS保質(zhì)期短的缺點。
3、玻片表面疏水性。
4、在免疫組化、原位雜交、細胞學(xué)檢測等領(lǐng)域均有優(yōu)異的表現(xiàn)。
